We have recommended room rates but the rate for any particular stay can be agreed between guest and host. We don’t charge any admin fee to guests, and we don't charge a percentage of the rent, only a small introduction fee to the host - see examples.
Hosts - you only pay this after your guest has made their first payment to you. Fees are dependent on the length of your booking:

Right to Rent Checks
For long stays (3+ months) we also offer to carry out UK Right to Rent Checks for a fixed rate of £20*
*optional: undertake your own checks if you prefer - note this is a legal requirement

Example 1 short stay of 2 weeks in a room with private bathroom @ £130 per week - your guest will pay you £260. You pay Guest Rooms Coventry £30.
Example 2 short stay of 10 weeks in a room @ £120 per week - your guest will pay you £1,200. You pay Guest Rooms Coventry £60.
